Tacos Day!

Hey everyone! This is Ritzelle talking. :) Every friday, I look forward to bond with my ate. Gosh! Gustong gusto ko na umuwi pag nasa school. Haha! atat? Pag nasa school pa lang ako at si ate Ritz nasa work, I can't help but to text her kung san kami kakain at sino ang manlilibre (fingers crossed... sana wag ako! hehe). And so last friday, dahil kuripot si ate... (ssshhh... ^_^) we planned to cook TACOS! A very affordable, delicious, and an easy-to-do recipe!!!

Recipe:
(Preparation for the pork)                             (Preparation for plating)
1 big onion (minced)                                   6 tomatoes
6 cloves of garlic (minced)                          1 bar of grated cheese
6 pieces of siling labuyo (minced)               1 whole cabbage
1 kilo of ground pork                                   2 dozen taco shells (grabe takaw. haha)
1 pack of Mccormick taco seasoning
1 cup of water
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper

Procedure:

1. Mix the taco seasoning with 1 cup of water in a bowl. Mix well. Then set aside.

2. First, place the siling labuyo in a hot frying pan. Next the onions and then the garlic.

3. Put the ground pork in. Cook until slightly brown.

4. Mix the prepared wet mix (seasoning plus water, you set aside a while ago) with the pork.

5. Then continue on cooking the pork. Add 1 tsp of salt and pepper.

6. When the pork is already brown, you're almost done!

7. Get 1 taco shell, place the pork (it is better if you put in an amount of pork which will occupy one-half of the taco shell), next place tomatoes, cabbage, cheese... walang pipigil sayo kahit gaano karami gusto mo. haha!

Note: No need for mayonnaise, catsup, or any sauce. It's super yummy in itself. :D

Grabe!!!!! I've never eaten and never planned to eat tacos before, pero nung natikman ko to... Swear! SARAP NA SARAP AKO. No overactingness involved. haha :D

Tacos is sure worth the effort! Give it a try. And have a happy Tacos Day!!! :D
